About The Event
With spring comes fresh and bright greens! Join us Saturday, April 25th between 11am and 1pm in the Marion County Extension demonstration kitchens to learn how to bring some excitement to your salads! Sample local greens and learn how to best pair the flavors so you can create delicious salads every time! Participants will learn how to make quick and easy salad dressings and how to tinker recipes to fit their taste preferences. This event will offer hands-on learning where participants will get to make their own dishes and take home their leftovers. All ingredients and materials will be provided.
