Ethan Book, TOPP Education & Outreach Coordinator, with the Iowa Organic Association will share insights into soil stewardship, sustainable growing practices, and the economic and ecological value of choosing organic.


Doors at 5:30, Presentation starts at 6. There will be time for questions and open discussion following the presentation—plus a chance to connect with others who care about healthy food and a thriving planet. Light snacks provided.
