Learn how to create healthy and flavorful sourdoughs with local and whole grain flours. Enjoy a demonstration and samples, all while exploring the basics of bread making! Several types of bread will be offered including gluten-free options. All participants will get sourdough starter to take home!

About The Event
Join us Saturday, March 28th from 1pm to 3pm at the Marion County Extension building to learn how to make delicious and healthy sourdough breads with whole and local grains! This class will include a baking demonstration and sampling of various breads. Local products will be featured in the event.
Every participant will:
Learn how to make delicious and nourishing sourdough bread
Be given several bread recipes
Enjoy samples at the event
And get to take home their own sourdough starter!
